I am new to creatine and a have a couple of question.
1. Does it REALLY Shring your dick....cuz then i wont take it
2. The bottle says to take six tablets daily...when do i take them
3. can i still take my whey protein with it?
Ive been bulking for about 1 week now and have yet to gain more than .5 lbs how and hardly and muscle i worked out 3 times last week doing triceps, biceps, and chest

So ive heard Abs are "made in the kitchen" not the gym
I was wondering if this is a good diet to get lean abs
Breakfast- Bowl of Rice Puff Cereal 60 calories with skim milk
total-100 calories
Lunch- Orange, 2 peices of toast 85 calories
dinner- 1 cup vegetables- 25 calories
