tanning period is damage to your skin right? which would mean any source eventually can develop problems. I also heard that burning just keeps adding to previous burns, even though the red and tan is gone the damage is still there
Thanks, I hardly ever focus on just my traps but when I do usually I shrug for 4x12 for around 130. I'm small though so it isn't gonna take as much to overload my muscles as it would someone bigger.
Anyone have any idea about how much bf% I have? I really have no idea
