    I have read awesome things about Deca. More positive than negative I might add. Isn't it true that Deca or any gear for that matter will not produce the same results for everyone? The factors being Genetics, diet & proper training.

    Jadler1002, I definitely know about core stability. Usually when I mess my back up, it's from doing something stupid around the house not from lifting. It's down right frustrating @ times, when you lift a good deal of weight you're fine, but move the wrong way & you're popping somas & vics.
