Regarding the Benzyl Alchohol, what grade is right if it is part of your injection? I've found "technical grade" and "reagent grade" and I don't know the difference. Isn't the safest (for anything) called "pharmaceutical grade"? But I haven't found "pharmaceutical grade" anywhere.
