I have done 3 cycles....I train 5 days a week, 1 and a half hours a day...about 45min per body part hitting them twice a week. Altogether about 20 sets per body part each week. Been training for 2 years with some time off, have been back on for three weeks and plan on doin this cycle in Jan or Feb.

5'9" 175lb...trying to gain as much as possible, atleast 30lbs.....again this was the cycle that was given to me.....I came on here to get advice cause I dont wanna harm myself or anything....feel free to modify it and let me know what u came up with.
