per major body part eg) Chest, Back and Legs.. I seem to be OK i recover enough and i have heaps of energy when i finish my work out :)

eating more hmmm it's gonna kill me as i full all day when eating

eat 8 times a day i ahve 170grams of protein and 3000 cals a day
i train 4 days a week and train 1 body part a day eg) chest + Tri's
5 sets on major muscles (12, 10, 8, 6, 10)
I weigh 70KG roughly 145lbs my problem is i have gain a little size but my strength has gone...
i thinking about taking AAS but i will do my research... i heading towards more strength than size but i do want to gain a little size what would you suggest?
