synthol shoulder shots I am also going to do my delts at the same time as my bis. I am going to do the frontal and medial heads. Do I follow the 30 day regimin up to 3 cc's or is that to much for the delts. And should I do the medial and frontal at the same time or one and then the other. Also...

where to inject synthol in bis big A, I am a little confused on where to inject into bis. should it be from the side or from the top of each head. i am using 25g 1'' pins. also, can i start from the top of the bi, close to the shoulder and continue down to the elbow with 5 shots and then back...
