What is everybody's thoughts on a woman taking provirion as a little added help. My gf has used winny and var, and wants to do some sort of test, but is horrified of needles. Will this work and if so what doseage?

So, is it still dosed accurately if it settles? If so, could I not just use any liquid and shake before each use?
