Sorry bros, been workin' long hours. To answer yalls questions; I only kept about 30 pounds. Reason being is that I quit with zero pct, and then stopped working out. On top of that, I started drinking and drugging pretty heavy. So now I'm left with a crap body. Doesn't mean that I can't...
My first cycle was WAY overdone. test enanthate (brovel and tornell) and finaplix. I did the test at 1000mg/wk and the fina at 60mg every 3 days. After one month I added insulin at 8 ius a day broken up into 3 shots. I went from 152 lbs to 238 lbs. I stayed on that cycle for 6 months. My...
Not much here:

But it's never too late. I constantly read and study and pick people's brains.

I read one of your threads and checked out the titanium nutrition site. I've never tried prohormones. Think you could recommend a stack/cycle of the products available? Might do me some good. I'm 40 years old. 5'10" 190lbs guessing around 16% bf. I'm interested in strength/power/mass. I...
Looks good to me. Think I might try something similar as I am getting back into training. I think it might be good to try for 4 weeks before I start specific training.

Hey bros, for the past 3 days I've had numbness in my pinky and the tip of the next finger. Does not go away. I did some pretty extreme (for me) stretching of my back/lower back. Do you think that maybe I just pinched a nerve? No pain, just numbness.
Thanks for the replies guys.
But I'm looking for more of a custom regimen, not the one-a-day, one-size-fits-all vitamin.
anyone take herbs along with minerals and seperate vitamins at different times of the day?
Anybody have any suggestion/link as to what vitamin/mineral/supplementation to take?
I'm talking about a 40 year old guy, 5'9", 190lbs currently off. Just wanting to get into the best shape I can before going back on(been off for 5 years).
I'd really appreciate any help/info.
Deadlifts are great. Just stick to light deads and you will be fine. There are many variations of the deadlift. There are:
conventional deads
sumo deads
stiff legged deads
romanian deads
zercher deads
I love 'em. I think that squats are far more dangerous than deadlifts.
Here's what I do:
Vitamin C 1000mg 3 x day
a couple shots of bourbon
1-3 whole bottles of Robitussin DM
Works like a charm. BTW I take the Tussin even when I'm not sick for preventative measures (nah, really I'm just a syrup-head).
I tried the ECA stack back in the day. Used to make me jittery. Especially if I didn't have a full stomach.
Tried the clen as well. Liked clen. I felt fine, just a little warmer.
Hey everyone. I was wondering which secure e-mail provider to use. I've been out of the net for the last few years. All I currently have is a yahoo account. Back in the day it was hushmail. Thanks in advance for your help.
