    winny and saw palmetto   ????

    You should be fine to continue with the saw palmetto. I've never used both, but know of people who have. The consensus seems to be that saw palmetto doesn't seem to interfere with anything, and really helps to keep the DHT levels down.

    Dandelion root

    I think that the dandelion root works pretty well as a diuretic. True, there are definitely stronger ones out there (such as lasix), but if you're not looking for something along those lines, I'd go with dandelion root. From what I've read it works as well as some of the herbal diuretic products...
