Probably the biggest factor causing this issue has to do with impurities in whatever melanotan II you're using. If one could get pure melanotan II this would almost certainly not be an issue because the body would treat it as it does its own endogenous pigmentary hormone (a-MSH). One has to use...
It has not been scientifically established if there is a 'best' time to dose. What is advisable is to dose in the day time (ie: on a weekend where you have some free time) initially with the first injection of a given new batch of peptide (even from the same supplier). This way you can establish...
:D No, if I were I doubt I would currently have time to spend in a forum like this one.
I hope you'll be successful in your photographing. Rather interested in this article.
Thanks
Thank you for the heads up.
You wouldn't have a copy of that article that you could scan and add either to this thread or send me via p.m. would you?
Thanks
Where was this revealed? This is news to me and I keep myself pretty damn informed about such matters.
There haven't been any scientific studies examining how long these peptides can be kept frozen but one would surmise that if you have a good, solid and reliable freezer they could conceivably...
You'll get some pigmentation without exposure but it may be a bit grayish. Limited UV light exposure does something to the whole melanotan peptide pigmentation process that helps enhance the results making for a more natural appearance.
Yes, keep any vials of powder frozen as well (if you want to be a bit anal you can throw the vials into a plastic bag and use one of those vacuum bag machines to suck out all of the air - doing this to the powdered form will help it to keep for a long long time).
If you're talking about going...
Ah one more thing, generally speaking moles will darken when using one of the melanotan peptides. If you have moles (particularly on your face) then you should strongly consider having them removed prior to commencing your regimen or else look for some other method to gain a tanned appearance.
Yes, so long as your freezer doesn't have a defrost cycle. Do know though that if you're a genuine Fitzpatrick skin type II then 10 mg may not be enough to gain the level of pigmentation you'll be after. You might want to consider acquiring 20 to 30 mg.
Another thing, if you decide to get some UV exposure it's very advisable to keep areas of your skin that ordinarily get exposure covered up with a towel or zinc oxide (for the nose/lips) and let less exposed areas develop pigmentation first. Areas of skin that are typically sun-exposed in your...
It is highly doubtful that everyone on that show used the peptides. But J-WOWW did express here: http://www.longislandpress.com/2009/12/10/jenni-farley-brings-the-j-woww-factor-to-jersey-shore/
that there was usage amongst show participants.
A typical regimen with melanotan II starts off with dosing at around 0.25 mg every day (ED) and once you've established that your system tolerates that amount (typically 3 to 5 days) you bump the dosage up to 0.5 mg ED and repeat the process never to go over 1 mg / day. Once you've reached the...
A couple of alternative ideas that are reported to help:
1. dose on a full stomach. or
2. dose just before heading to sleep.
Also, you might have used an off batch. The peptides are formed of amino-acids which if not kept properly will spoil. Depending upon the level of spoilage injecting off...
To limit the likelihood of this happening folks should be starting out with a low dose and gradually increasing over a week or so. A low dose would be 0.25 mg of melanotan II in one injection.
It sounds like your melanotan II dosing might have been too high. Generally if one is feeling too nauseous at a certain dosage level they should dial it back to a point where nausea wouldn't be such an issue (again 0.25 mg/day is a typical starting point) and then gradually ramp up the dosing...
If you have any moles be aware that they will darken. If you have moles on your face either have them removed or don't use melanotan II. Mole darkening is probably the number one consistent complaint.
If one experiences "unbearable nausea" that would generally be indicative of a dosage amount...
Sorry, I haven't got a whole lot of time right now to respond to all of these questions.
Here's what I recommend folks do who want to understand these peptides better.
Read (and follow links found therein) Dan Gwartney MD's excellent article in the March '09 edition of Fitness RX for Men that...
