Well just hit day 7 pumps are good, but i think I may need to bump up to 60mcgs, i'm only at 40mcg. I do weigh in at 280 if that matters. have been doing preworkout and rotating between shoulders,stomach (on off days) and legs. Any suggestions or comments?
ok today was number 2. I did it again sub-q stomach (opposite side) and I have been reading up and I did this post workout as opposed to morning 1hr prior to workout. Still leary about doing bi lateral in pecs or tri's. I am looking for feedback to ensure this way is ok. Going to do 40mcgs...
Ok today day 1, sub-q stomach 40mcgs, and so it begins. Took some before pics, as I have previously stated I carry all my weight in my belly (powerlifter) so we shall see. Also taking DAA, glutamine and cissus.
Well I have bulk everywhere and more of a powerlifter so I dont have too much definition. so i am figuring just doing legs, stomach and shoulders. Any comments? And thinking of mornings.
I am currently doing 5/3/1program and train m/w/f/sun should I only apply on training days and post workout or preworkout. I read where some get crazy pumps and it effects there max sets so I do not want to run the risk of not getting max effort.
ok i got it in today, it rtg right I dont have to mix anything it looks like a very small amount in the bottle so i want to make sure i am doing things right. could someone possibly pm me thanks
Yep Im 40 and and currently 6'2 280 looking to drop a little of the fat and gain the some strength back. Got my test results from the doc and they say I am a little low. recheck in 2 weeks. took some Mdrol and apparently shut me down. So I am thinking this may be a better route. Read some...
