    Started low dose var and igf

    Hey ladies! I'm excited to tell you that about two weeks ago I started low dose of var daily as well as IGF (30mcgs) on training days. Im starting to get some acne and some joint pain. :( Have any of you experienced either or both? Any recommendations? Thanks yall! :)

    cleared for total body training

    Hey y'all! I am 4 week post op today from breast augmentation surgery and am ready to start my upper body training again!! YAY:) Also going to amp up lower body an cardio. I will let you all know how it goes as i am starting this evening! EXCITED :):sport:
