Hey guys, as I posted I have received my first order from PSL, I was doing some research about Dbol, one link said it's best to spread your dose throughout the day while another said take it all right before lifting. What's the best/most effective way to dose?

So during this cycle of Test-500mg/wk. Do i need to take an anti-e DURING the cycle. Im using Clomid 50mg ED for two weeks then EOD for a week or two. I decided on Just the Test, like i've read you Can Always bump things up during the cycle.
