I threw my back out doing heavy back sets on mon... couldn't walk or move for two days and constantly used codeine so i could sleep at least. Worse part is that i'm "on". I'm good to go now, but what a waste of a week! Since I was bulking i didn't stop eating either so got a little belly now...
