well just injected 3/4ml in each head/belly of the gastrocs, measured at 42cm each or a shade under 16.5 inches while seated and relaxed. going to eat then do some light bodyweight calf raises and see what happens.

I have read all that stuff. I need to know if it matters how you shoot it in the calves, like do each head of the gastroc or is it better to go in from a certain angle? I think I am going to experiment tonight with 1.25ml in each head of the calf on each leg and see what happens. Wish me...
