You are doing too many bullshit exercises like cable cross overs and declines etc. These are not mass exercises. For mass stick to the basic compound movements. Flat bench press, incline press, dips, and then maybe an isolation movement like flyes. Also only do 3-4 exercises maximum.
But for ease and speed of use at home on your own get one of those machines or scales that measures your bodyfat by passing an electric current through you.
Are you making gains with that routine before you start your cycle? If not you should reconsider it. I believe for optimal growth you need optimal recovery between workouts and training a bodypart 2x a week does not allow this. Train each bodypart once a week and you will get better gains.
