    Thanks for all the info its all apperciated and its not falling on deaf ears. Muscle mechanic, I'm 46 and not having anymore kids...… I made sure of that after the last one, well my doctor did lololol. Pinning twice a week might not be so bad. I continue to ask questions and do more research.
