Presser, I’m 41. And I’m doing the StrongLifts 5x5 which is MWF 5 sets of 5 reps. Day 1 is squats, bench, bent over rows. Day 2 is squats, overhead press, and 1 set of 5 on deadlift. Then back to the same as day 1. So one week I do bench once and the next week I do bench twice...
