    I think that doctors have to poke.. All I've had is bad experiences with doctors.. the other month I had a spinal tap.. thats pretty darn painful.. I'm a whimp though. I hate needles. Couldn't inject anything on my own if my life depended on it. but oh well .. so how old ya gonna be?

    I've uped my cardio.. now I just have to keep on doing it.. it's kind of hard to stay motivated all the time. I'll also take a look at that book you mentioned .. thanks. :)

    Thanks that helps alot.... lately I've been doing that, uping my reps...And I'll do my cardio afterwards..I always did it before lifting because i'd usually be tired afterwards and I couldn't lift as much... it just seems so much easier to tone everywhere else except those damn hips...

    But if I eat to much that isn't good either. Because then I just feel weighed down and lazy. Which is why I was wondering if there were some foods.. or pills such as caffeine.. that worked well for people. Yesterday I tried oatmeal... it worked pretty well but I cant say I like the stuff..

    I haven't totally ruled out the being pregnant possibility but it's unlikely just the same.. I trust the pill.. maybe I shouldn't but anywho.. I was doing more cardio before.. i was doing it before every weight workout.. at least 20 minutes or more about 5 times a week.. now I do it maybe 2-3...
