    Newbie that learned the hard way

    good to see that you realize you need to learn more before jumping in...the more you learn, the more you will probably lean towards taking injectibles...i hated the thought of sticking myself with needles before i ever started and now i can of enjoy it in a strange way...i'm always willing stack...
