my wife got some flax seed from a feed store,like 10#s.some crafts she doin. anyway,is ther a conversion to make flax seed oil out of this?or is this some kind of horse bull sh1t to stay away from.

someone was telling me that long duration usage of creatine is bad for the kidneys.i've been taking it almost non-stop for at least a year. i've found that if i stop,my streangth goes to hell.what is the rule on this?is it necessary to cycle creatine?i really don't want to stop taking it.

great!i put on 5 lbs w/ a 1-ad 4-ad stack.now its been a month since i stoped and am starting to lose weight.my diet has not changed though.any idea on how to keep the small amount of gains i got from the stack.i'm a hard gainer,and i can't afford to lose any weight.
