and what does your cycle consist of??? pretty much ephedra is off the market and personally i think its a waist of money and damage to your body... since you are doing a cycle just get on some basic diet pills if anything...focus more on lean meats and veggies to get all your aminos
well i wouldnt say a low carb diet would be to good bc your body needs that energy during recovery time...maybe just watch your fat intake and focus more on cardio bc your cycle should burn off most of your fat... besides how many lbs are we talking about here...
previous cycles consisted of dbol and sus 250 for the first and the second was a small cycle of just d-bol like you said i lost almost everything from the second cycle...

Just keep your Cal. Protein regiment in check and you should be ok. at least 200-250g/ed Look into purchasing some glutamine and make sure you keep track of your amino acids... to help with muscle recovery.

yeah stop before you really hurt youself, and before you get into your cycle to far. Its always better to wait if you feel pain.. sure some guys will just tell you to work through it but youll see them chillin at home nursing an injury while your in the gym kicking some ass
