    Caloric Intake looks about right..... I would stick with a timed carb diet where you alternate pro/carb, pro/fat meals and cut off carbs a certain time in the day like 4 or 5 p.m. Here is a great article explaining http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1761 Good Luck!

    love handles?

    Spot reduction doesn't work....you are going to have to drop your overall body fat percentage to lose those love handles. I would suggest possibly an ECA, and of course lots of cardio and a clean diet.

    Looking to try my 1st cycle, looking for advice/suggestions

    Thanks again for the responses guys.... I may have overestimated my bf%, the 19% was really just a somewhat educated guess. How would I go about finding out my bf% for sure?? I would definitely put off my first cycle if my bf% is for sure too high. I want to do things right the first time.

    Thanks for the responses guys, I appreciate it..... stats are as follows: 6'0'' tall around 200 pounds 23 years old around 19% bodyfat I have been lifting for about 6 years now. My goals I guess are to add about 10-15 pounds of muscle and maybe cut some body fat.

    I'm looking to start my first cycle within the next few weeks.... I was thinking of just doing 200 mg of deca a week. I am concerned with any side effects as most newbies are I guess, and I was also wondering if a cycle with just deca will produce good muscle gain? I am open to any pieces...
