    You stole my chest!!!! LOL!!! Unfortuantely, my pecs are almost identical to yours and I have done "everything" to bring them up. Looking pretty good bro. Get tanned up and tighten up a little and you'll be fine.

    EQ will make you want to eat everything in sight but the vascularity is awesome. The strength gains are decent also.

    Well, if I had to choose I would probably go Shawn Ray or Levrone I think both guys have great symmetry and an overall aesthetic physique. Cutler, Ruhl, Coleman, Nasser all have great physiqes but I wouldn't want to be that big.

    UFC definitely has a few more rules than Pride but it is still enjoyable to watch. There will be some good fights at this forthcoming UFC but why on earth is Tank Abott still fighting. He should have realized by now that it takes more than a hard right to win the UFC. Tank's fighting...
