I inject pretty high up on my quads. If I reach around and feel the bottem of my ass cheek and them draw a line over to my quad thats about the right height. It seems to cause less muscle soreness for me.

I'm currently working on loosing about 10 years of fat and although my diet is going well, strength is up and I'm doing 45 min of cardio 5 days a week or more I would like to speed the process up a bit.
