    I wanted to try yohimbe but everything I read only said how it helps male performance. But, I 've noticed newer fat burners are incorporating yohimbe now. I was just worried it may have some negative side effects for a woman??? Don't know someone set me straight please.

    I aim at losing fat. I find that if I do any more than 30min early in the season, I start losing muscle definition and I look flat.     I work at a gym and a health store. I know lots of women who have tried it. I haven't heard about the nail and skin thing, but all of the women I know really liked their results and it even provided a fat burning effect for some.

    Back and shoulders definitely. I can hang with some of the guys in my gym, of course none of them resemble our forum guys(wink). I love working those muscle grps particularly because I see progress the fastest.

    chest work advice

    Hanging dips...lean forward. Yeah, it isolates Triceps but with that lean forward you should feel tension in the lower pecs. I knw alot of people who've used decline presses for that purpose, but it's really not practical...very bad for the shoulders.
