    Pec Cramps!!!!!

    Holy crap... i worked out my chest today and now my pecs cramp everytime i move!!!! I went to put on my seatbelt and i almost had a wreck. I stay hydrated all day.. Anyone have and answers to my cramps. And no i'm not gonna try midol for all you smartass's.

    High Instensity and GH?

    I've heard that high intensity training will increase your growth hormone levels. If this is true what type of workouts are recommended for this. I'm guessin powerlifting and things of that sort. Anyone have info on this feel free.
