I started taking aldactone for my contest this week and was wondering when it says don't take in extra potassium does thi smean to avoid food like cauliflower and brocoli that have about 250mg per serving.
I am doing shitloading for my contest. I did a trial run 2weeks ago and it worked great.
Here is my plan:
- 3 gallons of water sun-thursday
- 2 gallons until about 5 or 6 pm
- switch to turkey breast and distilled water wed- fri
- start shitloading with pasta, bread, cookies, donuts...
I start my carb depletion this week for my contest. do you guys up your protein and fat to keep calories the same or not?

I placed an order 2 weeks ago for some liquidex and have yet to receive it. I emailed them 3 or 4 times and have not got a response. has anyone had this happened and know what to do?
