I know with peptides dosages can vary a lot. Do you think with mots-c I can do this protocol?
250 mcg per day for two weeks
350 mcg per day for four weeks after that
staying at 250 to 500 mcg every other day
Would that be a good protocol for someone looking to get the benefits?
I work a very high-stress job and I would like to take mots-C to help me with focus, alertness, and energy. How much do you recommend that I use? Should I try 1 mg and see how I do? Is it okay to take this stuff late in the day or do you have to just take it early?
