I just ordered and had them in 2-3 days. Great service! BTW, I was tempted by the 500 mg, but 200 250's are the same price as 100 500's, so I got the 250's.

Good product. Even greater service. 500mg/cap is awesome. Closest thing I could find at the supplement store was 300mg and it was MUCH HIGHER PRICED per mg. Hats off to Iceburg. I will be ordering again soon.
