austarlabs.com is a ridiculous source. So sick of dealing with them and chasing them down. I placed my order with them about six weeks ago and did not get any response at all. A week after that I sent them off an email and asked them what my tracking number was. They got back to me two days later and said that my order was still pending. I said okay. I waited a week and still nothing so I messaged them again. This time they claimed they never got my money in the first place, which was a lie. I actually confirmed on the previous email and on the email I sent them that I had sent the money and I had a confirmation number. I've been chasing after them ever since. One time they even actually told me that they will ship it and then the next time they said they're not shipping it because they never got the money. They can't make up their mind.
