austarlabs.com is a ridiculous source. So sick of dealing with them and chasing them down. I placed my order with them about six weeks ago and did not get any response at all. A week after that I sent them off an email and asked them what my tracking number was. They got back to me two days later and said that my order was still pending. I said okay. I waited a week and still nothing so I messaged them again. This time they claimed they never got my money in the first place, which was a lie. I actually confirmed on the previous email and on the email I sent them that I had sent the money...
