NO, ITS A FAT BURNER COMBO, WITH CAFFEINE AND ALL THE OTHER SHIT.I GOT SOME INFO ON IT.THE EPHEDRINE TAKES SOME BLOOD FLOW AWAY FROM THE SHLONG AND REDISTRIBUTES IT THROUGH THE BODY
 
I have always had that problem with any of those crack pills/drinks. Clen doesn't bother me as bad, but still a little. I can still function, but I have to be real interested. If I'm juicing its not usually a problem at all.
 
I say go with the pump. When I was in the Army I pumped little jimmy up so big that my gf at the time wouldn't even touch it.
 
I also got the "baby dick" syndrome when I used to take any fat burners that contained ephedrine in it. It was embarassing when after my workout I would go into the locker room to shower. I now use fat burners that do not contain ephedrine. I still get the energy boost for my workouts and no baby dick.
