I’ve been doing a three-day split for the past month. Its push/pull/legs.
I’m already bored and I want to try something else that would get me more results but more importantly keep me motivated so I go to the gym.
What would be the best thing to switch to if I would do a split routine?

i would change to 5 day split instead
