I saw a guy the other day at my gym using actual pieces of wood. There's all kinds of cool things you can do on the bench.
 
It's the premier lift for sure. Doing the bench.

It's always what people ask you, How much can you bench?
 
You are doing five plates, like they're nothing.

I can't imagine what three plates must be. Like, it's probably your warm-up.

Hammer DB Curls
10kg x 12 reps, 30kg x 8 reps, 50kg x 8 reps, 70kg x 8 reps and 90kg/198lbs dumbbell x 8 reps

One Hand Saxon Bar
Not my best session. LH only (RH needs a rest. 'Popped' the wrist on bench on Wednesday and the thumb was also a little sore)
LH only: bar x 8 reps, 32.5kg x 3 reps, 42.5kg x 3 reps, 52.5kg x 5 x 1 reps

Bwt: 329lbs (up from approx 325lbs Monday)

Getting back up there in numbers. Managed to make my thumb bleed (again) as I will insist on wedging it into the frame and pulling myself up out of the hole EVERY time. Don't care during (too focused on the work) but after... urgh
w/up bar x 12, 100kg x 8 reps 200kg x 8 reps, 350kg/770lbs x 4 reps (buddy on standby to motivate me)

Leg Press
200kg x 10 reps, 425kg x 10 reps, 690kg/1518lbs x 10 reps (hard)

Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 reps, 18p (PB on this machine) x 4 r/p reps

Leg Extension
Better than last time but still damned hard on 2nd set
stack (90kg/198lbs) x 10 reps, single leg R: 8 r/p reps L: 8 negative only (right leg assist)
