I've gone from retired/unemployed since May of last year to 2 jobs in 2 days! Wow! Passed state real estate test, and signed up with a real estate firm yesterday. Passed state test at 11 am, and was signing contract by 1pm! Yes, I'm hustling real estate!
I figured this was not instant money, and will take time to learn the biz, and built clients, so I applied for part-time pizza delivery job. He called 2 days ago and I start Monday night. The only thing in my diet will be the chicken wings there. I love some chicken wings. Too bad they are probally deep fried to hell and back. I hope I'll be burning some calories now that I'm back in the work force being productive. I wish you could get paid to set home and watch porn all day, but that doesn't pay the bills for some reason?
