chewing your orals

I do this with some orals, especially if they are big in size and hard. Just want to make sure my body breaks them down. Have heard of some guys pass them right through.

yep, I always chew my pills of any kind except ephedrine, as that tastes like pure shit,lol, but yeah im a chewer, especially now im in my 30s, digestion aint what it use to be,lol

I read in a journal years ago that cheap orals, like multivits didnt get broken down. I had to do an expierment in grad school, so I made stomach acid and placed different orals in the beakers. About 50% didnt breakdown after 6 hrs in the beaker. The article and I suggest that you just break the oral in half and take it. Once the pill is broken, it will absorb. Ive been to a couple pharmaceutical companies and seen the process. They use a high pressure like machine to smash the powder into a pill. Sometimes the exceipents or fillers and pressure make it like a rock. Once the pill is broken and the acid hits the middle of it, then your good. Always loved that project.

I always have chewed my orals. From day one people said it's better.

chew them and chase them...it's better than crushing them under a dollar bill with an ID card...don't wanna bring back old habits
