I just read that of course this is the next big thing according to a supplement site. I see it is suppose to boost no production, reduce lactic acid and ammonia production, and finally increase atp and phosphocreatine production. Apparently it is a combination of supps derived from apples and watermelon. I did just read an article about the benefit of eating watermelon rind. Sounds delicious huh? Anyone use this stuff?

They've been doing research on citrulline for a while now. They were even saying eating a lot of watermelons (containing citrulline) may help with erectile dysfunction due to increased nitric oxide availability. In terms of biochemistry, it makes more sense to me to load up on arginine rather than citrulline, as arginine is a direct precursor to nitric oxide. Sure, citrulline is converted to arginine via argininosuccinate synthase, but that's an extra step that we can avoid by supplementation with arginine. So, my vote is for arginine.

Sounds good to me. I was just curious as I am still looking for legit working supps. I know how hard it is to find things that really work and how expensive the "research" is so I always ask for experiences after the Anabolic Halo experiment. LOL

This has been in NO prods. 4 a long time. It's just now realy starting to get some well deserved attention....
