i didnt even place last year at the nats. just wasnt shredded. also 39 guys in my weight class.
 
I didn't know there were that many guys last year.

I always like your posts and look forward to following your progress over the next several weeks.

Do you think your quads need to come a bit?

with the amount of muscle you have, you have a legit shot of gettting into that top 5-6 guys and make a good run at it

i dont know about all that. im still a little soft in my glutes and hams. real soft actually. for the nats anyway. there coming though. my appetite is starting to pick back up so hopefully when my metabolism really gets going ill lose some of that fat.

Gayness apology accepted! Pic looks pretty fuzzy to me but i seen you time and time again look realy good and sharp so im sure you will be the same again
 
you look like you put on alot of mass this year. maybe its just the pic. and for the record, the gayer the pic, the happier the presser.
 
i agree with dreww looks like you put on quite a bit of size man lookin good. Everything looks pretty good specially for 7 weeks out.

Looking Massive brutha!!! So how do you FEEL you are in terms of being out 7 weeks? Meaning are u right on point, ahead or feel behind in conditioning?

im gonna say im little behind. but i basically doubled my cardio last week and cut my carbs a bit, so i should start to catch up. but i think im a little flat in these pics which is making me look a little soft.
