10:30am: 8 egg whites, fruit
7oz oats

1pm: whey shake with oats

4pm:8oz lean meat
7oz oats, veggies

6pm:
8oz lean meat
7oz oats, veggies

7:30pm: 1/2 whey shake

9:30pm: whey shake with oats

11:30pm: 8oz lean meat, veggies

1am: Casein Shake


im about 18 weeks out, im planning once im about 6 weeks out ill drop my carbs down 2oz per meal, 4 weeks by another 2, then 2 weeks by one more

I AM LOOKING FOR INPUT....... ANY ONE :-)
 
Question- why don't you begin your meals earlier?
Is that enough protein?
Just curious.
 
well i work till 11:30 at nightand dnt crash till 2ish, i sleep till bout 10........ what can i say im a night owl. as for the protein, do you think thats not enough ??

it all depends on what your LBM is at the moment as to what your protein intake should be...do you know what your LBM is?
