so what happened exactly? i know those ice packs have some nasty shit inside of them lol
It was just some ice in a gallon ziplock bag. I couldnt feel anything halfway down my forearm. Good thing was it killed the pain in my shoulder.
Don't do this.......
inject 20 units of Humalin R and then go play with your kids and forget to eat......really bad idea......needless to say my kids and wife thought I was dead by the pretty color of blue I turned as i was foaming at the mouth not breathing.....not the sharpest knife in the drawer....
