OK as some of you already know I'm trying to get the wifey pregnant and after having surgery 2 years ago to correct varicoscles in my testes my sperm count is up over 70 million, I believe you need to be above 20 miliion to be considered fertile and before the surgery I was at 17 million...

Anyway, I've stayed off gear for the past 2 years and last year we started trying to conceive and we haven't had any luck. We're using an ovulation monitor and trying to time it right but we haven't been very lucky. Now we don't know if she has a problem yet because we haven't had her checked out yet but does anyone know of anything I can take to help boost my sperm count or motility or fertility in general??? I've tried a few OTC products but nothing has been very effective obviously becuase we're still not pregnant but I have been thinking about slipping some clomid into her breakfast cereal in the morning!!! lol

i got an idea just get a plane ticket to oklahoma and send her down ill take care of your dirty work :) jk brotha you know im kiddn i dont really know anything that would up it haha about the clomid in the cereal though. I cant believe shes not knocked up yet seems like forever ago yall started trying. Well good luck brotha hopefully there will be a little mikeswift around in about a year or so. ;)

well, if YOU'RE checked out to be fine, and ya'll time it right...then process of elimination would lead to the other person. Might want to get her checked.

Yeah thanks bro, i think we're going to have to hit a fertility specialist and see what they say. I hope they don't make me jack off in a cup again!

a little research I came up with to answer my own question:

By taking antioxidants and eating a diet high in antioxidant-rich foods, one can
improve fertility for many men. This includes:

• Selenium, 200 micrograms a day
• Vitamin C, any dose, three times a day,
• B complex once a day (but not with other vitamins)
• Folic acid once a day
• A multivitamin with trace minerals
• Vitamin E, 400 international units once a day
The vitamin E should be D-alpha and not DL-alpha. The reason is that D-alpha is
natural and has a higher absorption and benefit rate.

• Coenzyme Q10 (though expensive) 30 to 50 milligrams a day, has also been shown to improve sperm quality.
