Well spring is coming and im trying to hit it hard again and get ready for spring and thought i would post some motivation for everyone! anyways took about 1.5 months off from gym and this is the begining of my 3rd week back in gym and feeling nice!

The flat bench was hogged up today, lol, so i decided to go balls to the wall on incline and not flat bench at all today, so on my 6th set i did 6 plates on each side for 6 reps, about 540lbs not counting the bar.......ok ok i must admit it wasnt free weight incline, lmao, it was the new hammer machine we have but still not bad numbers for just getting back into it!

lol i was gonna say that is insane strength but shit man 6 plates on each side even on the hammer strength is still damn impressive. Good lift bro.

little disappointed it was hammer- but that is still seriously some f-ing weight!!

nice job

Show off!! J/k, that is really impressive, Press. I wish I could put up those numbers, even if it's on a machine.

I like to think of it as a Motivator over showing off, lol, plus im sure we have guys here who blow my number out of the water, like maybe Heinz, and his boys the two victors...munoz and martinez, lmao, and i know ur kidding brutha, and i know u know im not a show off, im just sexy!

Pfft, that's it?.....just kidding. That's impressive bro, way to get back in full swing.

585lb bench for 6 reps.... on incline , on the 6th set.... That in my mind , fresh with 1 rep sets for warmups 1 rep max is like 610-620 probably. Incline is harder than flat bench , so thats a badass lift I say your pushing 650 flat 1rep max? or pretty close to it.

not even close my man! You cant do the math like that brutha it just doesnt work that way, i honestly do not know what i can get right now on flat bench 1 rep max, i could prolly guess and think i can do around 520lbs but dont want to find out either, too much stress

You have inspired me so much that I really pushed myself the last few weeks, and I was able to put up 3 plates each side on the smith machine for a maximum smith bench last week. That's the best I've ever done. I'm looking forward to increasing the reps on it.
