currently 30 years old and I’m 217 lbs and about 14% body fat
I’m 5 weeks into my current cycle using nutrobal mk677. Running 5mgs a day.
I’m seeing some success maybe some changes to appetite and better sleep but nothing too drastic.
I want to get things more aggressive.
What would you recommend I run on top of this to see more muscle and fat loss?
