I'm looking to increase my healthy fats, I have a feeling I'm getting no where near enough. What does everyone use? And is it things you get at the grocery or supps?

Offseason tons of Olive oil and Natty Penut Butter

Inseason Omega 3-6-9 oil's and Natty Penut Butter and some Olive Oil, but not as much

I was gonna say supplement omega 3s but it is always best if you can get whole foods. I also am a peanut butter guy. I also eat sunflower seeds and a few almonds. Obviously Im nuts about nuts. That was corny. Is it salmon that is high in omega threes?

in omega 3's grams per 3.5 ounces i thought salmon was higher then tuna and herring guess not.

Well its hard to find trout in la., cant do the herring, and unfortunately I have never been able to get past the smell of tuna. Where do white perch (some people call them crappie or specks) fall. They are great. LOL

A 5-ounce (142 gram) portion of Lake Whitefish provides 2.9 grams of
omega-3 fatty acids.
this isnt a crappie though as far as i know crappie doesnt have much omega fats at all pretty lean fish.
YOu can also get more omega 3's by buying omega 3 eggs instead of regular.
