Bro's
was wondering what you think of his ideas and has anybody read the book? I have gotten my best gains from it at one time and learned alot. Was just wondering if this how it should be less is always more??? I'm at that point in my training where I feel I need something different. JUst some of your bro's thoughts. Thanks MM
 
I have used heavy duty training a lot, in my personal experience it has help me to get past plateaus in strength and size, I normally stick to a med volume workout and when the training gets stale I switch to heavy duty, most of the time when you are not making any gains you are probably overtraining hence lowering the volume and upping rest days helps, very good book
