Very good site with lots of useful info. I have a question for you do you use the sites BMR info. to figure out your BMR, or did you use a different BMR formula. And can you use this While on AAS. I know it talks about BFL. But I'm looking and reading everything I can get my hands on about dieting, BMR, % breakdowns of Pro.,Carbs, Fats, LBM. What people have tried. I know you did the BFL program and seen your pics for that and the ones of your 1st show, so I was just curious. I'm also going to hit dpsquat with a pm for his fee's on a plan.

Yeah, that's a great site, lot's of great info there. Those BMR rates are good for estimates... A lot of universities (and actually, a small college near me) have human performance labratories where they can hook you up to a machine and measure how much oxygen you use while exercising, and actually figure out what your bmr is pretty precisely! Might be worth looking into.

I did really well on BFL, and feel like I took it to another level in my contest prep thanks to dpsquat, so you definitely can't go wrong with him!
