Im a member of Baley's Powerhouse Gym here in the southeast and we have 9 gyms in my city, they moved our location this weekend to a new building, an old movie theater. ITS HUGE! ITS NICE! ITS AWESOME. Mirrors everywhere, perfect lighting. Good music! 3 cardio rooms, plasma TVS, sportscenter on 4 walls with 10ft tall monitors. Anything and everything you can dream of, its kind of over whelming. I know some are gonna think that that is too much show and the gym isnt supposed to be like that, but after one day im hooked! Just from being in there its an adrenaline rush, the hair on the back of my neck NEVER went down. My arms are more pumped than they have been in years! We have leather couches in the locker rooms and mirrors on the ceiling! Cardio machines are smooth as silk! you want to talk about MOTIVATION? This place is the shit! Bottom line, sorry fellas I had to tell someone!
heres the link to the chain, though, I know some of yall have WAY nicer set ups, I just got back from Vegas last night, went to the major gym there, they had mirrors 8 ft over the floor, it was tooooooo sweet. The chicks in their were too much of a distraction for me!
