To loose body fat, how important are micronutrient ratios? Is it all just calories in vs calories out? or would a person who's diet is more based on protein vs carbs have more success?

A very basic system is calorie in calorie out. You know you should maybe try a body gem test. It will give you an idea how many calories you body burns in a resting state. Not sleeping just resting.

So... just to make sure.. if two identical twins are eating the same # of cals, one is eating hight protein and the other one isn't, they would have the same results in the fat loss?

Well, micronutrients play a very important roll in fighting disease & are health enhancers.
Most nutritionists have mostly focused on the vitamin & fiber content found in the foods we eat, but plant pigment themselves {which are known as phytochemicals} can detoxify carcinogens, some can protect the cell wall & others have an effect on hormones.
These Phytomins are essential to women, especially with all the hormones being pumped into our meat sources.

Micronutrients play a vital role in function of cells and organs and should therefore be taken wether dieting or not. These micronutrients help aide in the functions of increasing the immune system, CNS, and PNS.

absolutely not!! the one eating the high protein will experience a greater rate of fat loss while also preserving lean body mass.

To loose fat, what should the ratio be? I hear so many different things... 60-20-20, 40-40-20???? Also, I hear different things about these foods, are they OK to have or should be avoided: bananas, dairy (yogurt, milk), whole wheat bread, dry fruit (prunes, raisins)?

Everyones metabolism and body response to diet is different-That being said a 50/30/20(pro,carbs, fat) is a good starting point.expeiment and see what works for you

Oh and multiple meals 5-6 per day.....
